Drinking water is a very important way to keep your body hydrated.  Fruits that are high in water content can also help as they have a combination of fiber and water making you quite full without adding you a lot of calories. 
 Water rich fruits are important for hair and skin health. They not only keep you hydrated but make your skin supple and hair strong. Here are some of the most hydrating fruits you should add to your diet. 

Pineapples
This tropical fruit is very rich in vitamins, antioxidants and enzymes. It doesn't come as a shock that it is 87% water. The pineapple is not only hydrating it has high fiber and nutritional value. It is also a source of vitamin C and has numerous health benefits.

 You didn't think I forgot about the Watermelon. Its is 92% water and eating it literally feels like eating water. It is one of the lowers in calories and are clearly a go to for any one trying to loose weight. I particularly love that they are great for digestion as it has lots of water content and fiber. water melons are not only a low calorie treat they are very good for your health.
